We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

📦 Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

 

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized models

  • 3D-printed items made to order

  • Assembled mechanical kits

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Gift cards

 

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable components, or special electronic modules that have been modified.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you need is to return the one you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

 

 

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

To qualify, your item must be unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

 

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, you’ll receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may also take additional time to process the refund.
